How to Order:

 

All orders can be placed on-line through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability.

 

Acceptance of Order:

 

No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by carson & co until carson & co. issues a written acknowledgement of your order or (if earlier) carson & co. delivers the goods to you.

 

Method of Payment:

 

All credit cards are processed through our payment gateway, Paypal.
No credit card details are stored on our site.
When paying with a credit card please ensure that the cardholder’s name and address are entered as it is shown on the card statement. No responsibility is taken by carson & co. for incorrect or incomplete details entered on the website and these orders will not be processed. We will take payment in US dollars and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate determined by your card supplier. Once we have confirmed your card details and the details of the order your card will be charged for the goods and delivery charges except where noted for furniture deliveries. Goods are subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund of any charges made for these products

Prices on carsonandco.com may vary on occasions from those found in other publications and third party websites or any brick and mortar shops . carson & co. is not responsible for the content, including prices displayed, of external internet sites or retail establishments.
If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. Prices shown other currencies are provided as a guide only.

 

Delivery:

 

We aim to ship as quickly as possible however, please note delivery times associated with the item you are ordering. as each item is made to order please allow us the time to properly make the desired product. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.
In the event that your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with full details of the order.

 

Return of Goods Policy:

product can only be returned with a written authorization and only if the product has suffered damage in shipping, if it has a flaw, or if the wrong item has been shipped. In this event, please email us at carsonco01@aol.com with the nature of the complaint and we will provide further instructions. item will either be replaced or repaired (in the case of an furniture order) as items have been made specifically for you we do not accept returns otherwise.

All items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
